Provide your clients with a complete platform for data protection and disaster recovery. Gain access to our proven IT infrastructure, advanced software and hardware engineered for complete business continuity. Solutions are managed by ABS.

How it Works

Affiliates get access to ABS-branded business continuity platforms - ABS Enterprise ® & ABS Managed Backup®. Both solutions are managed by ABS. Technicians manage client backup/recovery operations and coordinate issue resolution with the IT Partner and/or Client. ABS handles account setup, ongoing administration and billing. Affiliates earn commissions based on the monthly storage revenue for all referred Clients.

ABS will provide a comprehensive set of materials including: data protection and business continuity consulting guides, solution demonstrations, customer case studies and industry materials to assist you in proving the value case for complete business continuity. Affiliates will receive a personalized URL and banner ad to use on their website in linking to the ABS site for new client signup tracking.

ABS Affiliate partners are paid a quarterly commission based on the gross monthly storage revenue for each client, cumulative across all clients serviced for the term of the contract.

IT partners who manage the Client’s IT services earn a 15% commission, due to regular involvement with ABS/Client in managing operations. Non-IT partners earn 10%.

 

 

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS


Affiliate partners must quote pricing in accordance with the ABS Retail Price List. Affiliates should maintain a favorable and ongoing relationship with the Client and act to ensure Client accounts are current.

The following are duties of ABS Affiliates who manage the Client’s IT services directly and will be referred to as “Affiliate - IT Partner”.

Affiliate - IT Partner is responsible for ensuring the Client’s computers meet all System Requirements as outlined by ABS prior to the installation of the ABS solution. ABS is not responsible for performing troubleshooting services related to Affiliates Client’s computers that do not meet System Requirements or are not provisioned to support the ABS solution. Affiliates are responsible for maintenance and storage of each ABS Appliance at the Client location(s) in accordance with ABS standards.

 

Affiliate - IT Partner will provide ABS with remote access capability to the Client’s computer(s) for ABS to manage data backup/recovery operations. Affiliate will complete the Client Configuration Guide identifying the high-level scope and specific detail of the data backup/recovery operation at each Client serviced.

Affiliate - IT Partner and ABS will implement a formal communication process (involving ABS, Affiliate and/or Client) to efficiently address and resolve issues related to backup/recovery operations. Affiliate will designate one “point person” (not to exceed two resources) to aid in efficient communication between Affiliate, ABS and the Client.
