How it Works
Resellers get access to the ABS Wholesale Price List and white label utilization of ABS Enterprise ® & ABS Managed Backup®. Both are partner-managed solutions. Resellers are billed directly for the cumulative storage used by its Client’s. Resellers can establish Client pricing independent of ABS.

ABS provides initial solution training for Reseller and 2nd level support. Resellers are 100% accountable for Client issue/account management and billing. ABS Resellers must maintain a minimum of 1TB of storage. A $99/mo program access fee is applicable until the 1TB level is reached. Under the ABS Enterprise service, the Reseller is accountable for conducting all Client data recovery and computer virtualizations as needed. ABS provides a simple interface for recovery operations management. ABS conducts regular monitoring of all ABS Enterprise installations to ensure proper backup executions. Resellers may apply their company logo to the ABS Appliance for marketing purposes. Under the ABS Managed Backup service, Resellers are 100% accountable for backup/recovery operations management and Client issue resolution. ABS provides 2nd level support. |
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Reseller is responsible for the collection of all funds and charges settled upon by Reseller and Reseller’s Clients. ABS will assume no responsibility for collection of these funds. Resellers can determine Client monthly usage charges without ABS consent.

Reseller is responsible for ensuring the Client’s computers meet all System Requirements as outlined by ABS prior to the installation. ABS is not responsible for performing troubleshooting services related to Resellers Client’s computers that do not meet System Requirements or are not provisioned to support the ABS solution. ABS Enterprise® only - Reseller will provide ABS with remote access capability to the Client’s computer(s) in order for ABS to manage daily backup operations. Reseller will complete the Client Configuration Guide identifying the high-level scope and specific detail of the data backup/recovery operation at each Client serviced. Reseller and ABS will implement a formal communication process (involving ABS, Reseller and/or Client) to efficiently address and resolve issues related to backup/recovery operations. Reseller is responsible for designating one “point person” (not to exceed two resources) to aid in communication and issue resolution between Reseller/Client and ABS. |
